I can’t believe I’m still working on this BLOODY WEBSITE!! I’m so close to the end! Just have to finish setting up my store (ugh), my about page and then just to check all the links and do a bit of tweaking. So if you’re here looking around…

Between the garden harvest, canning and the website I haven’t had much time, again, this week to do much painting. To be honest though, it’s been so hot here these past couple of days I don’t really feel like it much especially after being in the kitchen all morning! It’s suppose to cool off next week so here’s hoping I can get back in the studio and back in a routine.
What’s New…
…not much new, however, I did receive some new art supplies.
Very excited about finally getting some smaller squeegees. I’ve looked everywhere for a 4” size and the only place I could find them is from the Cold Wax Academy in the US. These squeegees have a stainless steel core making them firm but still allows them to have some flex. The outside is made of silicone which makes them resistant to chemicals and very easy to clean. They are great for cold wax medium but are also excellent for many other mediums as well. They are pricey, especially if you’re ordering from Canada with the exchange and shipping but they really do stand up well to the heavy daily use. I also ordered two different sizes of brayers as well. I’m looking forward to trying these new tools out. Hopefully soon!
